Workshop Agenda

Day 1:

Self-Awareness

Knowing ourselves and how we interact with others allows us to best apply our strengths to lead. This workshop will use an assessment from Predictive Index to identify your individual strengths and your potential blind spots and how to capitalize on each.

 

The Leadership Ladder

The Leadership Ladder provides a framework of skills you can use immediately to help each of your employees grow into their greatest potential. You will learn how to support that growth and how to help employees overcome obstacles that may get in their way.

Day 2:

Growing Your Team

Individual leaders, working with their employees, can grow and develop their staff in real time, using real work — and get the added benefit of increasing the organization’s capacity — all without spending a dime. You will learn how to incrementally level up your team, developing them to their full potential, identifying and cultivating their individual talents.

Having Difficult Conversations

Having difficult conversations is never fun. The alternative, however, is much, much worse for everyone. In this workshop, you will discover a simple, effective, and painless methodology for having these important conversations before it is too late. You will learn to use constructive feedback and coaching to squelch poor performance and grow talent.
