Determine how to make facilitation techniques work in a virtual world.
Identify and learn how to use advanced virtual facilitation technology

Day 2 & 3:

Facilitate virtual session
Utilize a "new-to-you" advanced virtual facilitation tool
Give and receive feedback on what worked, what didn't work and identify what could be done to make the virtual session even better

Create safe virtual spaces for "real" conversations
