Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

Public Workshop Cancellation & Refund Process

All BecomeMore workshops have class size limits.  To secure a seat, individuals must complete the appropriate online registration form and pay electronically.  Attendees will then receive a confirmation letter.  BecomeMore can register participants manually as needed.  Manual registrations will be confirmed only after payment is received. 

 

BecomeMore’s public courses are NOT webinars – where someone talks at you with a PowerPoint slide in the background.  Each workshop has been designed to involve participants and to spark aha moments.  And we limit the number of attendees so that each individual gets personal attention.  We’re committed to delivering a stellar learning experience.  And we expect our participants to commit to the process as well.

If a registered attendee needs to cancel they must submit an email to becomemore@becomemoregp.com that includes:

  • The participants name
  • The name of the workshop
  • The date of the workshop

 

Refunds will be submitted using the following guidelines:

  • If submitted 30 or more days before the first day of the workshop, 85% of the investment will be refunded.
  • If submitted between 21 – 29 days before the first day of the workshop, 50% of the investment will be refunded.
  • If submitted less than 21 days before the first day of the workshop, 30% of the investment may be applied to another BecomeMore class as long as the class is taken within 90 days of the cancellation notice.
  • BecomeMore will not provide refunds or transfer registrations to another course if we do not receive a request to cancel.

BecomeMore reserves the right to cancel any training course due to insufficient enrollment in advance of the scheduled course date.  Notice will be provided to any registrants, and they will have the options to reschedule or another future session or apply their registration fee to another course.  BecomeMore is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the customer if a training course is cancelled/rescheduled.  If a training class is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or a natural disasters, BecomeMore will automatically schedule the registrant in the next matching workshop.
