Marlene is a lifelong learner and educator. Her number one goal has always been to help people grow into the best individuals (people, workers, leaders) they could be.
During a 40-year career in education, Marlene supported thousands of students and employees through their learning and developing journeys. At the same time, she traveled her own journey from teacher to educational leader to corporate facilitator. She views learning, formal and informal, as the most important thing a person can do. And, when that person takes the learning and applies it to accomplish a task, improve people and processes, lead others, or lend a hand . . . well, that just delivers purpose and value to all involved.
In her role with BecomeMore Group, Marlene uses her education and experience to help people understand themselves and each other, grow as leaders, and improve their organizations.
