COURSE DESCRIPTION

Getting Comfortable with Change is designed to help participants effectively navigate change—whether it’s change they choose or change that’s thrust upon them. Through expert facilitation and interactive exercises, they’ll gain the knowledge and skills to build change-ready muscles and be ready for whatever role they need to play in the organization’s next transition.
