Course Overview:

We’ve all been part of a change that went really well. And we’ve all been part of a change that stumbled and fumbled along—maybe even failed. What’s the difference? It takes thoughtful leadership to plan and implement a change that will be successfully absorbed into the organization’s culture. In this workshop we’ll look at how to lead your team through successful change—taking into account both the process and the people sides of the transformation and how those aspects intertwine.

This one-day workshop is for leaders at all levels who want to drive positive change with the people in their organizations.
