The DMAIC Way: More Than Just Process Improvement

Great process improvement isn't just about knowing which tools to use. It's about understanding the people, processes, and systems behind the problems we're trying to solve. Even the best solutions can fall short when we overlook the human side of change. This interactive Green Belt course combines the foundational principles of Lean Six Sigma with the leadership skills needed to turn ideas into lasting improvements. Participants will learn to apply the DMAIC Way, explore a toolbox of more than 40 process improvement tools, and put those tools to work on real-world projects. Along the way, participants will strengthen their ability to build trust, navigate conflict, create accountability, and gain buy-in from the people impacted by change. Because successful process improvement isn't just about solving problems. It's about leading people through the solutions.
