I recently had lunch with a trusted mentor.  During that lunch she asked me the question – “Now that you have hit 25 years at your company – what do you want to do with the next 25?”  She then followed up with “will you come work for me?”  What seemed like a simple lunch has now blossomed into a career change which is now leading me towards helping you with assessments, speaking engagements, data to hire, align and help you build your dream teams.

I focus on helping companies with their most valued resource – their people. With my experience in design, project management, leadership and sales roles I like to focus on aligning solutions to meet your specific needs. 

Above all, I will leverage my experience and passion while working with you and your organization to help everyone level-up and be the best they can be, whether it is through hiring top talent, aligning strategy, or re-designing those dream teams.
