For years best-selling authors have given us “lists” of the leadership traits that are needed to succeed. Things like honesty, vision, respect, and confidence. Most of us would look at these lists to see how we measured up. And we may have even taken a shot at filling in our gaps. But do those lists really tell us what makes a great leader?
