Overview

We all know the stats: 

  • One in every 4 workers quit their jobs in 2021 
  • There are almost 11 million job openings in the U.S. right now 
  • And even though 65% of all employed workers are actively looking for a new job – there are not enough qualified unemployed individuals to fill these job openings 

THAT’S a TOUGH job market. And to make matters worse – even BEFORE the Great Resignation organizations only had a 1 in 5 chance of hiring a candidate that excelled at the job. OUCH!
