Over a 4-day Virtual or In Person Workshop, we facilitate the following content:
Lean Six Sigma (The Required Stuff)
- Foundational Lean & Six Sigma concepts & the role they play in Process Improvement
- Systems, Process, Variation, People, Policy, Customers
- The value of both Lean & Six Sigma & when to apply each methodology
- The DMAIC Way & how it guides the problem solving process
- A Toolbox of over 40 Process Improvement Tools
- Real world application of the Toolbox's many tools in participant projects
Green Belt Project Leadership (The Essential Stuff)
- Team formation & generating team buy-in
- Usage of Predictive Index motivational drives to understand your natural drives as a project leader
- Understand your leadership strengths & potential blinds spots
- Conflict resolution methodologies
- Establishing Accountability in a team & through the change process
- Having difficult conversations with stakeholders & team members
- How to build trust with your team members & develop their commitment to a project team.

Course Structure
Participants will work on a CI project of their choosing to go through The DMAIC Way® to identify and present to leadership for Green Belt certification.
The workshop meets for four total days split into two-day sessions. Each session is ~3-4 weeks apart to allow for progress on individual's projects.
Each individual receives coaching calls to support long-term implementation & lasting impact of their project!
