- Foundational Lean & Six Sigma concepts & the role they play in Process Improvement
- The value of both Lean & Six Sigma & when to apply each methodology
- The DMAIC Way & how it guides the problem solving process
- A Toolbox of over two dozen Process Improvement Tools
- Real world application of the Toolbox's many tools in the chosen projects
Who should take White Belt:
White Belt training is designed for new hires and individuals who will be involved in continuous improvement projects within their organizations.
This course is an excellent starting point for those who are new to Lean Six Sigma and its methodologies.
