Extreme Virtual Facilitation

 

In the blink of an eye organizations had to shift from face-to-face to virtual interactions. Many leaders, trainers, and facilitators had little to no experience in this arena. And they soon found out that what worked in person – fell flat when they used Zoom, Teams, or GoogleMeet.

 

This three-day virtual workshop fills the knowledge and skill gap between in-person facilitation and engaging and participative virtual facilitation.

Day 1:

  • Discover what makes a GREAT virtual workshop, 1:1, or meeting
  • Determine how to make facilitation techniques work in a virtual world.
  • Identify and learn how to use advanced virtual facilitation technology 

Day 2 & 3:

  • Facilitate virtual session
  • Utilize a "new-to-you" advanced virtual facilitation tool
  • Give and receive feedback on what worked, what didn't work and identify what could be done to make the virtual session even better

Workshop Details:

Duration: 3 days (8:30AM - 3:30PM)
