Madonna has had an amazing career in finance serving as Director of Fiscal Services, VP of Finance and Chief Financial Officer. She began her career in public accounting; but most of her time was spent in various leadership roles in healthcare and non-profit organizations.
Madonna brings a keen eye and attention to detail while taking a common sense approach to ensure we are compliant, have visibility of the data and gain a deeper understanding of finances.....it is an AMAZING talent.
After retiring, Madonna realized she wasn't done bringing knowledge and value to organizations so she joined BecomeMore Group in 2023 as the Finance Director.
For fun, Madonna’s hobbies include golfing, gardening, and grandsons, not necessarily in that order 😁.
