Typically, I seek to build a relationship with you to foster a genuine connection. It’s more of an art than a science.

1. First, I will build rapport with you. I will get to know you and better understanding your position and your organization. We can schedule a conference call to get started.

2. During the call, I will get more insights on how we at the Become More Group can help you. I want to take the time to learn what makes you and your organization tick and how we can best support you. 

3. From there, I will give you the best-in-class customer service that will provide value for your organization, so we will design a presentation that meets your expectations and engages your audience.

4. Before the event, I will check in with you to make sure everything is ready, and we are all on the same page.

5. When the event arrives, I'm ready to go, just hand me the mic and I will pull from my experience in working with leadership teams to make a difference for your organization.
