- Builds on Green Belt Training, offering a more advanced level of understanding and application.
- Focus on mastering advanced Lean Six Sigma tools and in-depth statistical analysis.
- Comprehensive coverage of Measurement Systems Analysis, Design of Experiments, and Process Modeling.
- Hands-on experience with statistical software, supported by a provided software license.
Project Management & Application
- In-depth exploration of effective program management techniques for organization-wide improvement initiatives.
- Practical application of The DMAIC Way® in real-world projects.
- Interactive and collaborative training sessions, including tools discovery and project reviews.
- Learn-By-Doing approach with a strong emphasis on practical application through an improvement project.
Leadership, Coaching, and Certification Preparation:
- Designed for individuals aiming to lead improvements and achieve Black Belt certification.
- Development of team leadership skills to effectively manage and guide cross-functional teams.
- Ongoing coaching and support provided post-class to assist in project completion and certification preparation.
- Preparation for Black Belt certification, ensuring readiness for the official qualification.
Course Agenda
Course Structure
Participants will work on a CI project to go through The DMAIC Way® to practice & show class Black Belt level tools & project leadership.
The workshop meets for four total days split into two-day sessions. Each session is ~3-4 weeks apart to allow for progress on individual's projects.
Each individual receives coaching calls to support long-term implementation & lasting impact of their project!
