1. Talking with me is straightforward. I will start our conversation by asking a lot of questions and connecting with you to learn what you want to accomplish. Open up the discussion here.

2. After we have talked and covered a lot of questions, we will then connect action to impact and design a plan that will meet your needs and the need of your organization. Did I mention, I will ask lots of questions?
